点评:We got to meet Ed but not Tara—he's incredibly informed about their property and farming methods, as well as the coffee of course. Their little farmhouse is ADORABLE and it was a pleasure to be welcomed in.
They don't have a license to provide actual tours, but we were free to wander around and explore the coffee and turmeric; we were offered some sweet, ripe coffee cherries to try and those were great.
The coffee is incredible, and we even had some green beans shipped home for our daughter's boyfriend to roast. Excellent results there, too! Ed & Tara's coffee is expensive, but not much more expensive than any 100% Kona or Hawaiian coffee. They've got a deft hand with roasting and produce an excellent product.
The road up to the farm was not difficult but it's highly rural. It's easy to feel lost and wonder if you've gone too far or not far enough. We pulled out a phone to check the map only to discover their sign right behind the next tree.
