点评:Kadek couldn't be there for the tour for personal reasons so he sent his friend. We were supposed to have 1.5 days of visiting different island places, but unfortunately we cut it after first half a day because we felt very sick at the end of the day - Nusa Penida has very narrow streets, many turns and it's all the time up and down the hills, so combining it with quite "fast and furious" way of driving by our tour guide we didn't want to suffer the next day.
Unfortunately what made me leave low review is the way we were treated after I communicated to the driver we forgot something in the car. First we were told he will bring it while coming to collect the payment, then when sb else turned up I contacted him again and he said he will bring it in the evening after he finishes the other tour, but when the time came he wasn't coming so I reached out again and he said he is already home and it is far from us so if we want it back we need to pay him to bring it (!!). At the end we agreed he will leave it in Rayfish counter the next morning, so we can pick it up there while leaving the island - but when I got there it was not there and he answered the phone saying he is in Denpasar and his friend was supposed to do it for him, but he doesn't answer the phone.
Overall I feel he made fool of us and treated us like idiots. Once you are not a customer anymore you are just being not someone to be bothered with. And what's the most disappointing that I informed Kadek about it all and he did not respond nor offered any help while previously having a good contact with me.
