Poor communication, lack of organization, not worth the money or timr

点评：What happened today was not okay. I had booked two dives — the Palace of Cleopatra and the Lighthouse — but we never went to the Lighthouse site as promised.
I had been in contact with the shop for weeks beforehand, clearly communicating my plans and time constraints. I reminded the team several times that I needed to be back by 1:30 PM, and they repeatedly assured me that it would not be a problem. Yet we didn’t even start diving until 12:05 PM. The first dive lasted about 30–35 minutes, and the second only 15 minutes — I surfaced with 160 bar still in my tank.
The equipment was nice, but the communication and organization were very poor. There were just three divers and one instructor, who was taking turns between each of us. It took nearly two hours to get everything ready while they kept mentioning “paperwork” and “military clearance,” which clearly wasn’t the real cause of the delay.
No food or even snacks were offered, and we were there from 9:45 AM until 3 PM. The short dives, poor management, and lack of communication made the whole experience disappointing, especially considering the high cost.
As a result, I missed the sightseeing I had planned afterwards and never got to see the Lighthouse dive I was most looking forward to. Overall, the day was disorganized, frustrating, and far below expectations for a professional dive operation. Not with the time and money and you won’t see things that are on website. Because they were removed.
