Overpriced and Underwhelming.

点评：Unfortunately a very disappointing visit to the cafe. We both ordered coffees and a toastie. The sausage and caramelised onion toastie sounded great and with a price tag of £7.95 for a sandwich, I was expecting great things!
Ohhhh boy was I wrong. A very small, extremely underwhelming toasted sandwich. When I opened the wafer thin, child size toastie , I was shocked to see that there wasn’t even one whole sausage in the entire sandwich.
I was told that if any more was put into the sandwich it wouldn’t have fit in the toastie machine!
What’s best is that the staff member abruptly slammed £5 on the table after I raised the lack of filling, telling me that it was a refund for the sandwich. This made for a very awkward lunch!!
Recommendation:
Review your prices or serve your customers something that’s worth £7.95 for a sandwich.
On a positive note:
Nice setting and lovely friendly faces from staff in the nursery.
