Disappointing Experience – Rude and Aggressive Manager

点评：We visited The Fox and Crown last night and were thoroughly disappointed by the service. The bartender, a young man in his 20s, was incredibly abrupt and borderline aggressive in his manner. From the moment we arrived, there was a complete lack of customer service—no greeting, no politeness, just a general disregard for customers.
All night we were met with an eye-roll and a dismissive response, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. His attitude throughout the night was unwelcoming and confrontational, which put a real damper on the atmosphere.
It’s a shame because the pub itself has potential, but with staff like this, I wouldn’t recommend it. A little respect and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here.
Not all the staff are like this, the bartender with the pink hair is always very bubbly and full of energy, and friendly!
