Worst Spa I’ve ever been to.

点评：I would say “if Temu did spas…” but imo they wouldn’t touch this rubbish.
Bought as a gift for a couple to have afternoon tea and treatments. I don’t know what they paid but whatever it was it would have been too much. I’ve attached an image of the ‘afternoon Tea’. I use this term sparingly as you will see what you get. Poor quality bread, cakes from Tesco or similar (other supermarkets are available) and a scone that it supposed to be the cherry on the cake (so to speak). To relieve your suspense, it’s wasn’t. It was a standard scone you get from Mr Kipling. The cream was not Rodders and the jam probably a cheap one. We arrived for a 3-9pm session and having not been before wondered what our schedule would be but they did! We arrived at 3pm and was told to go for tea immediately. The whole place is a disused factory and the fee inside felt like a sausage factory. They were rammed with people, all being ushered into various things seemingly as fast as possible. The atmosphere was cheap and the food, drinks and service matched. When we asked for a latte to got with afternoon tea they told us that was a special coffee and not part of the price but if we paid extra we could have one! No thanks. We had to pay extra for cheap towels and robes. I gave my back as wasn’t staying and the girl threw the money at me without even asking why we were leaving after an hour. Save yourself a crap day out. DONT GO THERE.
