点评：This was such a brilliant day. We had 2 Adults and 2 kids aged 8 & 13. We weren’t sure what to expect as kids aren’t super confident swimmers but we needn’t have worried. We booked online via email and met up to sign forms and got given paddles. We wore some clothes that we didn’t mind getting wet but some people wore swimwear underneath our lifejackets. Jumped in a van and got dropped off about 10 mins down the river where the current gently pushes you along and it’s very gentle indeed. You can see the bottom in places and it’s only a few feet deep. The kayaks are pretty big we had One Adult and one child in each Kayak. The Adults sit at the back. It’s really not too much work to paddle and you can even sit back and let the gentle current push you along slowly but it’s best to paddle as it might be a bit too slow otherwise. Very beautiful scenery, very peaceful lots of interesting birds as well. You’re basically given the instruction of where to pull up further down the river and it’s pretty obvious. We had a great time. We did 1hr 30mins which is the least amount of time for the whole trip. That was perfect especially with 2 kids. I would definitely recommend taking some water inside the kayak though as it’s can get a bit thirsty work after so much paddling especially on a hot day. Had a great time lots of wet bums but well worth it! The guy who runs it was very friendly and kind enough to give my son a free drink for his BD. Great experience would recommend!
