点评：We have been members for 2 years and this place has been progressively getting worse and worse until we finally had it and stopped our membership. The sauna in the men’s locker didn’t work for almost one year. Now the steam room is broken. They only have one shower in operating condition. 90% of the lockers are broken. They changed the towel service to these tiny ones that look like they for a child. The locker rooms are filthy and smell like mold. They don’t have an attendant so there are used towels and robes all over the floor. Finally my wife and I went today for a scheduled 4:45 one hour couples massage, arrived well on time and they tell me that our massages are going to be cut short because the masseuses have another massage at 5:30 i complained and said that’s not my problem. The manager lied to my face accusing us of being late. Well if we are scheduled for a one hour massage at 4:45 which I have the confirmation on my phone to prove it, then how can you have someone else scheduled at 5:30? Who is the LIAR????? This place for belong in Bal Harbour and the Ritz Carlton should not be affiliated with it. Horrible. Don’t waste your time and money.
