Epic Dives, Laughter & Sharks – Unforgettable Time with Fulidhoo Dive Center!

Diving with Fulidhoo Dive Center was hands down one of the best experiences of my life. From the very first briefing to the final surface interval, everything was smooth, professional, and just plain fun. A massive shoutout to Shiyah, our dive instructor – calm, patient, and super knowledgeable. He made us feel safe, confident, and genuinely excited for every dive.
We had an unforgettable dive where we saw sharks cruising by, graceful turtles, and a whole explosion of colorful reef fish—like swimming inside a National Geographic episode. The marine life around Fulidhoo is unreal!
But let me tell you, the real highlight (aside from the sea life) was the comedy show during one of our safety stops. Our dive master Aikko and instructor Shiyah suddenly started dueling with their pointers like underwater swordfighters. Out of nowhere, Aikko pulled out a fake underwater gun (yes, really), and what followed was the most theatrical safety stop I’ve ever had. We were all floating there, laughing through our regulators. It honestly made the 3-minute stop feel like 10 seconds. I think even the fish were watching the show.
If you’re diving in the Maldives, Fulidhoo Dive Center is a must. Great team, stunning sites, and memories you’ll be laughing about for years. Thank you guys – especially you, Shiyah – for making it so special. 🐢🦈💙
