点评:Can’t recommend this place enough.
This place honestly has everything — intense workouts, amazing energy and just the right amount of fun. The Muay Thai classes are no joke (you’ll sweat buckets), but the trainers are what make them so good. They know exactly how to motivate you without making it overwhelming — and they always bring great vibes, banter and encouragement.
Yoga is such a good balance — some sessions are super calming, others pushed me in new ways (like aerial yoga, which was such a fun challenge and surprisingly tough!).
It felt like the perfect balance between yin and yang — helping me stay fresh, focused and grounded throughout.
The whole vibe of the camp is incredible — supportive, fun and full of lovely people. I originally planned to stay 2 weeks, but ended up extending for another 2 - and I'm so glad I did it!
I’ve honestly gotten more out of it than I expected — stronger, more grounded, totally recharged and new friends!
If you’re even thinking about it, go. Seriously — you won’t regret it.
