点评:Absolutely loved every minute of camp. Constant fitness, great food and laughs for two weeks non stop. The muay thai trainers are incredible and so fun to be around, each one of them has a different style of training so you can train depending on how your feeling. Whether you want intensity or just working on your technique, it’s always a good session (Whoever invented ab attack needs you get checked out tho😅). The yoga was great, it was my first time doing it and all the instructors are very accommodating and just like friends by the end of it. I would highly recommend giving aerial yoga a try!! I didn’t go to many of the trips out so I could focus on Muay Thai however there Buddha run was great fun although absolutely soul destroying lol. It being it the middle of nowhere made it very relaxing and a great way to train and unwind at the same time with everyone there having similar goals. The people I met were incredible and I wish I had more time so I could have stayed longer!!
