Lovely place but beware if booking a room.

点评：The place is lovely, the wedding was lovely, the food was lovely.... but if you are booking a room be aware. Despite charging premium hotel rates, you may be one of the lucky ones and have an ensuite or you may have to share your bathroom with other people. The room as expected was pleasant, 4 poster bed but no WiFi no air con no fan... (no tv but not really an issue) . The kicker is they want you out of your room by 9.15am despite that fact you have spent a night enjoying yourself until late and probably had a good few drinks. Not only do you have to be out by 9.15, breakfast doesn't start until 9.15 so you are expected to vacate and load up your car have breakfast and leave.... all for the princely sum of £220. Take a tip book premier inn for £70 and a taxi for £10 and you'll get air-conditioning 11am checkout and breakfast anytime between 7 and 10am. Was told the 9.15 checkout is because the cleaners come in at that time, in which case why don't let you in your room until 2pm. Very slow cleaners..... sort your service out hengrave hall it felt like you justed wanted to get rid of people ASAP..... and the breakfast wasn't worth the wait sausages we're dry and bacon like leather.
