点评:I saw on the Molina Watersports Website that they offer waterskiiing. I contacted them on What’s App several days before arriving in Gran Canaria. They responded in a text saying they do offer waterskiing. They told me to come with my adult son at 10am on 1/5. When we arrived at their location the woman that checked us in and charged my credit card, was quite rude. She made no eye contact with us and barely said a word to me even though they’d just opened and had no other customers.
We were instructed to get our life jackets and then to meet the boat on the pier. We did so and when we saw the boat we knew it was not a proper/safe boat to water ski from.
I spoke to the driver who insisted his boat was the one we would ski from. I inquired about the boat for skiiing and he said they didn’t have it!
We asked to just go out on the water for a ride bc it was clear waterskiing was no longer an option. The driver of the boat was clearly annoyed and said he couldn’t take us out for a quick ride. When I asked “Why” he said because he was “Busy”!
I was shocked! I’d already paid for 30 mins of waterskiing. Cleary they misled us. I was very disappointed in the way we were treated and they made us feel like we were “in the wrong”. They processed my refund. Hopefully the money will come through.
