Amazing stay at the Villa La Massa

点评：We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Villa La Massa. We were not disdappopinted. Everything about our stay was perfect, even the November sunshine every day. The hotel staff go above and beyond their duties to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable. The estate affords lovely views of the Arno river and the countryside. Despite the hotel being near to closing for the season all the amenities were fully operational. This included the outdoor heated swimming pool.
Everything was spotlessly clean and kept in immaculate condition. The breakfast was
excellent as was the dining experience in the evening. We made use of the complimentary shuttle service into Florence which took about 20 minuutes.
We could not fault the hotel and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
A special thank you to Eliana, Guest Relations Manager and all her team who do a fantastic job. Efficiency was second to none.
