点评：We came here in the late afternoon on the way back to our holiday rental.
We knew it's closed for public inside (except for tours). But we just wanted to have an outside look, since it was late. The gates were still open and we went in to have a quick look. We were the only ones there.
It's a pretty castle, dating back to the 15th Century. Between the 15th and 16th century the west towers and the Pavillon was added, which gives it now a very nice look. In the 17th Century another Pavillon was added. After that the chateau pretty much stayed the way it is until today.
Since 2016 it's under new ownership and is getting restored step by step to keep this gem for the future.
Even though it was just a quick visit, it was a nice one. Surrounded by green parkland it really looks pretty, this castle. And since we were the only ones at this late afternoon the atmosphere felt very special.
Surely worth a visit, next time we might take a tour to learn more.
