点评：This has everything you think you’d like at the beach but the extremely sharp sand ruins it! If I’d known I’d have taken beach shoes and it would have been fine but bare feet / flip flops are very painful

Huge beach with plenty of space to have dogs off-lead even at high tide
Great set up with loos and a selection of places to eat / drink right on the beach
Big car park at the top £5
Shaded even steps to walk up / down to the car park or you can walk on the track which is pretty steep and in the sun
Paddleboard and jet ski hire
No restriction on dogs and they don’t have to be on a lead
Lovely clear, calm water to swim in
Cons
The sand is so sharp that it really hurts your feet mine still feel bruised the day after - even wearing sandals.
Big spider crabs and some jellyfish in the sea made me a bit wary when swimming
Wear proper shoes or beach shoes when walking in the sand and you’ll have a great time!!
Take beach shoes and you’ll have a great day.
