点评：It’s very hard to review places that are exceptional. I run out of superlatives.
La Domaine is simply an amazing community of people devoted to looking after their guests. Whether it’s at reception, doing housekeeping, maintaining the leisure facilities, or serving at the bar or in the restaurant, everyone was on top form.
We made a note of a few names, but in some ways it’s rather invidious to name just the few we asked names of, because it really is a team effort. Anyway, shoutouts to the wonderful Catherine who first greeted us, the kindly Emma who cleaned our room a few times, the extremely knowledgeable Hervé and Jean-Marc the sommeliers and Emélie and Gautier, two of our amazing waiters. Thank you all.
Obviously, the food and drink are stunning. Easily on par with Michelin standards. The venue itself is delightful, perfectly situated at the mouth of the Vilaine and with a character all of its own. We had a most relaxing break. Thank you, merci à tous.
We have now been here four times. We hope we’ll be able to come back again.
