点评：⚠️ A STRONG WARNING TO EVERYONE VISITING PROZONE MALL
Today, I went to Prozone Mall to pick up a food order. I was wearing my Swiggy delivery-partner uniform, and I was REFUSED ENTRY simply because I was wearing that uniform.
This is absolutely unacceptable.
We delivery partners are working hard to earn our livelihood. We are not asking for special treatment. We are simply doing our jobs and entering the mall to PICK UP FOOD ORDERS from businesses operating inside the mall.
What happened last week is even more disturbing.
Another delivery partner had completed a food pickup and went to the nearby SPAR mall asking for some drinking water. Instead of treating a working person with basic human dignity, he was reportedly chased out by security.
Is this how delivery partners are supposed to be treated?
We bring customers their food. We enter these malls because the businesses inside them are accepting delivery orders. Yet, once we arrive wearing our delivery uniforms, we are treated as if we are unwanted.
Let this be very clear: A delivery uniform does not make anyone less of a human being.
To everyone planning to visit Prozone Mall, please take note of how delivery partners are being treated there.
Today it is a delivery partner. Tomorrow, it could be someone else.
Respect the people who work. Respect the people who keep your businesses running. Most importantly, respect basic human dignity.
