Birthday party remarkably stress free

点评：Staff were so helpful dealing with all my queries etc in the run up to her birthday and so helpful on the actual day itself. We booked initially for a party of 8 but it became a party of 11 (You could add members up to i think 48h). It costs £18 per child, which includes food (pizza we chose) an ice cream and a small packet of sweets, with unlimited squash provided. That was for 1h bouncing and 40 minutes party time, with the non-slip socks included in the price. There was plenty of space parking even on a bank holiday.
They were very organised and friendly, maintained a professional manner throughout. One guy responded so quickly when my daughter hurt herself within about 5 minutes of bouncing, did a wonderful job reassuring her and even carried her over to me. First aid was not needed but he was initially going to grab someone for that too. Everyone was very helpful and there was a huge amount of food so nobody went without, we even had some spare to take home.. They were very quick bringing food round and made sure everyone had enough squash, with plenty of water provided. The room was lovely and clean and one of the girls very kindly got rid of the balloons and bits we'd missed when it was all finished. There was no pressure to rush and finish, no pushing us to get out but everything still seemed to be roughly within the time. So lovely, would book again. Saved me a huge amount of stress
