Dreadful customer service and mercenary approach to the wellness industry.

点评：We should have been alerted to the indifferent attitude of the staff when we first went in to make an enquiry about a relaxing treatment for my wife.
We called in the morning to ask if we reschedule our appointment to thirty minutes later but nobody was there to take our call.
When we received a call back at the same time our appointment was due to start, the first thing the staff member said was that we would be charged 50% and the booking would be considered cancelled. Her phone manner was brusque to say the least.
We asked if we could change to another day and were transferred to the manager on duty. I have never encountered a more combative person over the phone. Her abrupt way of speaking to my wife ruined any chance of going there and enjoying the experience. She told us we could rush in and get a reduced time service or be charged 50%. There was no chance to reschedule to another day and she responded to any other suggestion by stating she didn't have time to argue with us. Since when was suggesting alternative times for an appointment considered arguing?
The behaviour of the manager and staff here is at odds with the type of business they are are running. If you wish to gift your loved ones a wellness service, I suggest anywhere other than here. The mercenary approach to a first-time customer tells you what you will get for your money.
