点评：Scenery & food, wonderful. Staff enthusiastic. Safety practices unsatisfactory, I believe. Unexpected sudden storm winds while travellers in double kayaks amongst small icebergs, in front of a tidal glacier. Kayakers could see dark skies approaching, and feel that we should have been told earlier, to head back in. We were actually given the option to head back or join the other subgroup & continue kayaking -- we chose to turn in (w/ some difficulty docking up). In other subgroup of one guide and 3 double kayaks, one capsized with two people in water! Some delay getting them out; Either both or just one, had to await a skiff going from main boat to where they were (so then there were 2 staff to get the customer(s) out). When they returned, no help from crew in their rewarming (just given one blanket a piece). Fortunately, the other customers jumped in, under direction from a doctor customer, and they recovered.
Feel that boat either understaffed or did not have proper reading of a storm and when to hasten customers back, and did not seem to have a drill about what to do in case of people overboard. (slower rescue than it should have been).

感觉那艘船要么是人手不足，要么是没有正确预判风暴情况以及何时催促乘客返回，而且似乎没有进行过关于如果有人落水该怎么做的演习。（救援速度比应该的要慢）。
