点评：Just what I needed for a solo trip to revive myself.
All of the staff I came across were genuinely friendly and seemed to enjoy working there, which I think is an important element in creating an authentic atmosphere.
I had a full body massage by Sarah, who was lovely, welcoming, and experienced. It was a great start to my spa day.
Next, I had afternoon tea, which was great quality.
Then, the actual spa which I have been to once before a couple of years earlier when I stayed at the hotel. Still maintained really well, a fantastic selection of activities that I happily rotated about for several hours. My personal favourites are the hot stone lounger, the salt room, and lying on the jacuzzi bed - heaven (although the pool and boiling steam room are amazing too).
