Disappointing Experience at Summit Waves Waterpark

点评：I recently visited Summit Waves Waterpark in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and my experience was far from enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the park was overcrowded. The wave pool and water slides were packed, and we had to wait in long lines for every attraction. It was nearly impossible to find a spot to sit or relax as all the chairs and shaded areas were taken. I was quite disappointed with the level of cleanliness at the park. The restrooms were dirty, and there was trash scattered around the common areas. The water in the lazy river appeared murky, and I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kids play in it. The staff members we encountered were not very friendly or helpful. When we asked for assistance finding a locker, we were met with indifference and vague directions. The lifeguards seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than ensuring the safety of the guests. The food options were very limited and overpriced. We ended up spending a small fortune on mediocre meals and snacks. For the cost, I expected better quality and more variety. Despite advertising itself as a family-friendly destination, I found that there were not enough activities for younger children. The designated play area was small and crowded, and my kids quickly grew bored. Overall, my visit to Summit Waves Waterpark was a disappointment. The overcrowded conditions, poor maintenance, unfriendly staff, and overpriced amenities made it a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this waterpark to others and will be looking for alternative options in the future.
