点评：We had a brilliant experience with AA. We climbed from Chogoria gate to point lenana to sirimon gate, camping for 4 nights. The hike is fantastic and varied. We were a family of 4. AA provided two guides, a chef, a camp manager and lots of porters. The team were all exceptional. The guides, Boni and Peter, were knowledgeable, fun, and prioritised safety and made decisions about camp sites etc with us on a daily basis. The chef, Moses, cooked fantastic hot food and provided snacks and lunches. We are in some incredible places. There was way too much food for us. The camp manager, Ari, was kind and observant. The porters were incredible and good humoured. Pre-trip info and briefings were helpful. We offered to be in a larger group (which would reduce the cost) but this didn’t happen, so I can only say that we moved at our own pace and had a private toilet at each camp. We would say that puffer coats should be mandatory and that the AA sleeping bags are extremely warm. The tipping guide was very helpful and we would recommend attending to this before starting the hike (rather odd but essentially how it works in Kenya). Overall we highly recommend AA because the staff are fantastic.
