Rude, don’t care about kids at all

点评：The owner Lindsey at Party Safari is very rude. We’ve hosted one party here, I had to nag the teenagers to get the room ready. They were 30min late and could not care less. We attended another party here with friends and they were an hour late with getting their party room together. I spent $20 in the game room with my son and he won 500 tickets on the dice roll. The card only read 95 tickets in the end. I asked them to fix the issue and the owner brushed me off and said no. Several games aren’t working right. Literally the worst service. I get that it’s a fun place for kids but when the owner is disrespectful and making money off my kid and friends kids without even considering helping with their rip-off toy rewards at the end of the day then they won’t be receiving our service anymore. There’s probably a reason they don’t have a review page on any social media.
