Extremely let down at the last minute ruining our trip.

点评：What a terrible disappointment.
I reserved a Road Glide with a backrest for my partner, about 3 months before my birthday travel plans. I arrived at the QLD collection point to see that I had been allocated a totally different bike to what was promised, and an older bike. The 2024 Road glide Ultra was not fit for purpose and hadn’t even been washed from its previous trip. The collection point at Redland Bay Road, Capalaba took no responsibility, telling me to take any issues up with Bike Round Oz due to them only being a collection point. Several pathetic excuses for having not detailed the bike were made.
The whole business and communication from the collection point, and Bike Round Oz appeared to be unorganised and very unprofessional. I would be very careful about using them for your future bike hire in case of disappointment as was the case with us.
