点评：After booking a birthday party months in advance and paying for the reservation, the softplay team called me a week later asking for payment again. I told them I had already been paid over the phone, but they said I had to go there in person to prove I had paid.
The week before the party, I went to the Softplay and chose the party room I wanted. They told me they would contact me to find out how many children there would be, and the buffet had already been chosen.
The day before the party, no one had contacted me. I sent an email with the number of children and they replied asking what type of buffet we wanted, information given well in advance.
On the day of the party, to my surprise, when we arrived, the chosen room was already occupied and the staff who had booked it the week before, instead of apologising, was extremely rude.
When the food arrived and we saw that there was not enough, we paid extra to have enough food for all 19 invited children. They served hot dogs but no sauce to go with them. They didn't even give us ketchup.
The experience we would have liked to have had was completely the opposite. The softplay team is extremely unprofessional. We will not repeat the experience and we really do not recommend this softplay for birthday parties.
