点评:I was looking forward to going here for quite some time and it was not as great of an experience as I had hoped. First off, the woman who checked us in at the building closest to the donkeys was not very friendly. It says on their site, "Visitor with Disabilities (includes caregiver): $10." I was clearly in a wheelchair. It was not because I was being lazy, it was because I have a condition that prevents from walking like humans were intended to. We were charged $40 for me and my caregiver. The person assigned to the room to the right of the check in desk I mentioned had no clue how to answer the 2 questions I asked. I should hope those assigned a room in a museum should know about the room they are assigned to. She was not friendly at all. My fave parts were the vase room and the open space, where the art books are located. The woman working here was by far the friendliest and most welcoming person, as she said we could take the books and look at them. The gentleman at the other desk in the building closest to when you enter the property had his head down when we left and all we saw was the top off his "do not touch the art hat." Not even a thanks, have a nice day, nothing. We were looking forward to lunch in the cafe, but there was a little line and the tables were on top of each other. If I wanted to have a table right next to me, then NYC is the place for that. This place was giving off pretentious vibes. Most of the art was not my cup of tea, but I was really trying to enjoy what each artist made. What made it hard was he arrogant staff. Maybe they are not that way with those not in a wheelchair.
