点评：Absolutely appalling. I would strongly advise anyone visiting Holme-next-the-Sea to think twice before parking here.
I was only a few minutes late leaving the car park because my partner is pregnant, and for that tiny amount of extra time I have been hit with a £100 charge. £100! For being minutes late.
It feels completely disproportionate and, frankly, like a rip-off. The whole experience leaves you feeling as though the system is designed to catch people out rather than provide a reasonable parking service.
Calling it a scam is honestly how it feels when you receive a £100 demand for a matter of minutes, particularly when there are genuine circumstances behind the delay.
If you’re visiting Holme-next-the-Sea, DO NOT PARK HERE unless you are absolutely certain you can get back to your car on time. Set multiple alarms, check the time constantly and be warned that even a few minutes could potentially cost you £100.
There are plenty of better ways to spend £100 than handing it over for a few minutes of parking.
