点评：Arrived for a 2hr experience for 1 child at 4.30 to find all but 2 (taken) booths in the main cafe closed off.
Only the outer area was available that is noisey, messy, without any plug sockets and tiny tables.
I use this membership because I can still use my time to be productive while my child enjoys themselves.
I also always choose to sit in the cafè area due to sensory issues for myself.
When an establishment is open until 8pm I do not expect to turn up and see 50% of the seating cornered off.
It *is* lovely to see cleaning being paid attention to, but i even asked and was told no and that there was other seating available outside the cafè. There wasn't, its the summer holidays, its busy, there needs to be full access to the seating available here.
I will add, the cleaning had finished at this point, its just empty.
Really unimpressed with this and shan't continue paying membership if it continues to be an issue.
Hopefully management put a stop to early partial closedown as this is EXACTLY what this looks like, despite being open several more hours.
