Nice Place but Needs Customer Service Training. Good drinks, comfortable place.

点评：This is a very cool place to have a drink but you better go when it’s not busy. The staff is easily overwhelmed and their behavior is unacceptable when you bring the poor service to their attention.
The whiskey bar had two bartenders and one bar-back working. We were a party of six and used to good service when paying premium prices for drinks. This IS NOT a place with premium service for the price you pay.
The staff seems to wait on young beautiful girls who may be able buying one drink instead of the six 40+ aged patrons who would stay for several drinks each.
When we were ignored for twenty minutes I asked the bartender why he was not acknowledging us. He threw his hands in the air and gave us attitude instead of just apologizing and offering to help us. He just got mad, was disrespectful and unappreciative for our business until forced to have a conversation with us. He was the bar manager behaving that way.
We eventually found the owner who bought the group a round of drinks after the situation was brought to his attention. They need leadership and customer service training and it’d be an awesome place.
