I was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism they displayed. I was genuinely shocked by the rude and disrespectful tone in their response. What’s more concerning is that the remarks made were not only judgmental but carried a strong undertone of racism. One particularly offensive comment suggested that "maybe living in New Zealand is not for us," which I found completely inappropriate and discriminatory. Based on this experience, I can confidently say that the customer service was severely lacking and left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
