This angry shuttle driver approached us in an extremely aggressive manner. He immediately began yelling and swearing, refusing to listen to my explanation. As a solo mother with a young child, I found his behaviour intimidating and frightening.
Later, after being kindly directed by another person to the correct drop-off area, I returned and parked appropriately. The same driver came over again, started videoing us, and continued yelling. My son and I were so frightened that we ran to the café to feel safe.
This behaviour was unacceptable, unprofessional, and left us badly shaken. No staff member—especially one responsible for transporting guests—should behave in this way!
