Lovely setting & ponies but spoiled by...

点评：The two gentlemen working at the stables, Ian and Chris, were lovely and welcoming. The lady however, was fairly unpleasant throughout the experience. She speaks to the other staff members like dirt, orders them around, talks down to them and seems to have something against men in general.
As others have said, the experience is very quick without much time getting to know the horses, considering we paid £70 for this there really ought to have been a fuller welcome. We got the impression the lady was keen to get us out and get the next people on as soon as possible.
We visited the stables with other members of our family and, independently of each other, we felt that the stables look run-down and the whole place could use some TLC and attention.
The woodland route itself was lovely and the horses were calm and very good with our kids but unfortunately it was let down by the above and therefore, we wouldn't recommend.
