Unkept unsafe run down dirty place for both the animals and for people visiting

点评：The pictures on their site are very old the place is very run down now it’s very dated ,the garden centre that’s a laugh a few pot plants n pots n not much else, Entrance price is a joke £9.50 each I adult 2children + £1.95 each for two leg and four leg bags of animal food , the place is a disgrace the animal enclosures are awful and have wooden pallets broken with nails and screws exposed causing danger to the animals , animals looking old and week and no enrichment for them look so bored water troughs dirty n green very unkept pace , don’t know when animals were cleaned n mucked out basic animal husbandry is lacking rabbits n guinea pigs living areas are awful old mouldy hay and mouldy carrots thrown about the floor and only a few enclosures have animals to see not exactly what you expect when paying to look at animals an absolute disgrace needs a good shake up not good for the health of what animals are their . Play areas very dated as is equipment for children to play on and in trampolines are a safety hazard enclosures are not fit for purpose the zips don’t close as broken on all generally a unkept unsafe dirty place for they animals their and people going to visit needs investigating
