Bantry Bay Boat Hire的点评
点评：If you want more than just kayaking this is the trip for you! A group of us went kayaking in the evening led by Aaron and friend. His pride of place and knowledge of Bantry, the history relating to Bantry house, the White family connection and their historical positive impact on Bantry, Whiddy Island, oil disaster, the harvesting of the mussels for Paris Olympic all made for a very engaging kayaking experience. He’s a natural story teller which added to the experience. While we didn’t see bioluminescence in the bay such was Aaron’s ability to engage us with local marine facts and history we were inspired to visit Bantry house the next day and that again was very interesting. If you have the time check it out and stay for Julie’s house tour including her family history. Amazing heritage!
From a practical perspective No wetsuits but we only got wet to less than our waistline so not a big deal bring spare clothes though.
