The instruction was full of helpful insights into Thai cooking techniques. We learned so much about the ingredients, with detailed explanations. Wooddy grows produce in his garden and we toured the organic garden, led by Woody’s daughter, who was the “apprentice” during her school holidays. She was absolutely delightful and doubled as the official photographer.
Every dish we made was bursting with flavor. Which you were able to personalise to you level of spice, salty, sour and sweet. Do not eat breakfast before you come, you’ll be full and not needing dinner
