The ranger we initially interacted with clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and her ability to communicate effectively in a language that is not her first is commendable. It's disheartening to see her expertise overshadowed by another's lack of respect and professionalism.
We hope the park management will address this issue promptly to ensure all staff members are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, regardless of their cultural background or language proficiency.
