点评：We learnt so much! My family and I did the half day family bird experience and it was one of the best days out we have ever had. I would highly recommend. We had Sinead and she was so nice and knowledgeable. We learnt so much about owls that we didn't know and a lot about the other birds of prey. It was interesting and we were entertained for the entire 3 hours. We got to hold lots of birds and the flying of birds was a highlight. They are amazing creatures. They are looked after so well at the centre and are exercised everyday, many live far longer than they would in the wild. A few reviews have said they feel sad for the birds but if you ask any of the staff they will explain why they are kept the way the are and that they are very well looked after. One of our favourite bits was seeing the injured kites especially Brian, it is amazing that the centre takes in a cares of injured birds as well. One of our group was a little frightened of the big birds and Sinead offered to help her hold on of the bigger birds, which she loved. The experience was tailored to us and we were asked if there were any birds we were interested in holding. I can't recommend this experience any more, if you are thinking of booking it definitely do it is amazing from the moment we got there until the very end.
