点评：I’ve been going to Hi Ibiza for three years in a row, and I always believed in the experience — until now.
This year, I came alone. I entered the club with no issue — my ticket was valid and my card worked. But when I tried to order just one drink and a bottle of water, my card failed. Instead of letting me try again or offering help, four male security guards approached me and aggressively kicked me out.
The worst part? They kept asking if I was alone — as if that somehow justified treating me like a problem.
Would this have happened if I was with a man?
Even worse, when I went to the ATM to solve it, the machine ate my card. And guess what? No one helped me. Not a single person cared.
I have video proof of what happened — but TripAdvisor doesn’t allow video uploads. That doesn’t mean this will go unnoticed.
This isn’t the “#1 club in the world.” It’s a place where solo women are treated with suspicion and hostility. I wasn’t drunk. I wasn’t rude. I was just a woman — alone — who dared to ask for help.
I won’t be returning. I demand a refund, an apology, and a serious review of your internal policies. You should be ashamed.
