Hard to justify this as educational
Johnny Morris' Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium的点评
点评:I love aquariums and have been to at least a dozen. This one has potential, but we found ourselves frustrated with the lack of signage. When we go, I love learning about what I’m seeing with my family. This had lots of tanks that were there for visual appeal but didn’t tell you anything about the fish you were seeing. There was a very cool “fish tornado” that was visible on 3 floors, but I never found any sign about what fish were in the tank. Wall after wall of taxidermy fish were totally unlabeled. My kids kept asking, “what is that one?” And I was only able to give them the answer about 6 or 7 times. It was frustrating! There was a sign in goofy font near the end of the museum that said, “Education is important, but fishing is importanter.” That really did an excellent job summarizing the experience for us. Go here for beautiful views, but don’t expect to learn much.
