Disappointing service and food
Harbour Brewery Tenby的点评
点评：Took friends for a meal after us going to this pub for food for years and always being happy with it,but we were very disappointed with the food and service especially from a very surly blonde waitress
2 of us ordered chicken curry and rice, 1 burger and chips and 1 scampi and chips
After paying for our meals a lad came over to say they'd run out of rice for the currys , so did we want chips instead? We reluctantly agreed as didn't really want burgers etc .
Was brought over by forementioned blonde waitress after trying the 2 currys we found it to be luke warm so asked if was any chance of it being heated up ? She just looked at us picked them up and took them back , reappeared a few minutes later saying they've very hot now !
Our 2 friends had since been eating their meals which they had also found to be luke warm but didn't like to say
The curry was delicious but found it odd being served with a cold folded up wrap ( and no rice )
When the girl returned to take the plates away my brother commented that his burger was a 5/10 and it was all quite cold
She told us that the guy who deals with that side of the food can't can't actually feel hot or cold !!!
We also noticed that the table next to us had left leaving nearly all the meals untouched so mentioned they obviously weren't happy with the food either to which she replied "WHY ? We said well they've left it all she then kicked a chair out of the way and huffed off !
We have been coming to Tenby for many years and never had such bad and surly service from this pub especially when we'd told our friends how lovely it was

我们的两个朋友也开始吃他们的饭菜了，他们也觉得饭菜是温的，但不好意思说出来。
咖喱味道不错，但配的是冷冰冰的卷饼（而且没有米饭），感觉很奇怪。
服务员回来收盘子的时候，我哥哥说他的汉堡只有5分（满分10分），而且都凉了。
她居然跟我们说，负责上菜的那个人根本感觉不到冷热！
我们还注意到隔壁桌的客人几乎没动过菜就走了，就说他们显然对菜也不满意。她居然问“为什么？”我们说“他们什么都没吃啊”，然后她一脚踢开椅子，气呼呼地走了！
我们来滕比很多年了，从来没在这家酒吧遇到过这么糟糕、这么粗鲁的服务，尤其是我们之前还跟朋友说这家酒吧有多棒呢。
总之，这顿饭真是太让人失望了。
