Il Colombaio Wine Tasting的点评
点评：We were able to get a tour of Il Colombaio Winery. The setting is very nice and peaceful and looks into to mountains at a distance.
We were able to get a tour of the winery along with eating a small dish and sample some wines.
The wines were good, however I was not impressed with the Reserva, I expected alittle more flavor. I was told it was young. But we moved on to others.
The one I did like was of course the most expensive.
What could be done better: Well it was a speedy run through the different wines with the "expectation" that everyone was going to purchase. I did by the way. Seemed like there was more focus on that rather that asking which people liked better and given the opportunity for a FULL glass seeing the cost of purchase.
Nicola explained pretty well the operation but could have done better explaining in more detail room opportunities in case someone wanted to say. We were simply given a card. THIS IS THE BEST OPPORTUNITY TO SELL HOTEL STAYS IS WHEN PEOPLE ARE THERE. However, this was briefly done.
