点评：If I could give a zero I would! Please read if you plan to book a wedding here as they absolutely ruined my sister's dream wedding!!!
My parents put down a non-refundable deposit of 2,000 Euro for my sister's wedding. Very soon after Covid hit and Ireland closed its doors to all visitors. Residents of Ireland were put on lockdown and businesses closed. My parents contacted Borris House and rescheduled the wedding for later in the year but when the rescheduled date arrived, Ireland was still closed to travelers. At this point my mom spoke to the owner, Morgan Kavanagh, and requested a refund of the 2,000 Euro down payment since we were not allowed into the country and there were no signs of that changing any time soon. My mom pressed the point that WE did not withdraw. The country closed its doors to us due to Covid and would not allow us to enter. Morgan refused to return the downpayment. My parents offered to split the money. 1,000 Euro each. Again he refused and used inappropriate language with my mom telling her "to just take it on the chin." Talk about disrespect. I know businesses were hurting along with many individuals and households but the lack of respect shown by the Borris House really crossed the line. Thankfully my sister is the most resilient person and was able to move on from all of this and finally get married elsewhere.
