点评:Poor experience I’m afraid today (11.12.25). Yes it was busy, but the attitude and rudeness coming from 2 members of staff in particular I spoke to, was unforgivable. The food was, at best, average. We had 2 cold toasted sandwiches from the festive menu. When I asked a waitress if she would clear our table, as it was dirty and the only one available, she said she would ‘try’, but never did. I had to clear it myself and remove dirty plates and cups. Then, despite phoning ahead and asking if they were dog friendly as I had a puppy, a second waitress, who brought the food, spoke to me in a terrible manner. She threw the plates down on the table, and told me I need to put my puppy on the ground. It was asleep on my lap - a tiny 11 week old puppy asleep, nowhere near the table. Practically a babe in arms! Even though I explained she couldn’t yet be on the floor with her vaccination pending. She was adamant and refused to allow the puppy to remain sleeping peacefully on my lap.
Why didn’t the lady tell me of this policy when I phoned up earlier and informed her I was bringing a puppy?!
I feel the establishment, whilst beautiful and festive, need to remind their staff about customer service. It was a poor experience, (embarrassing too as I had brought my friend there) and I won’t be returning. A very different experience to those described by their recent social media PR adverts.

为什么我之前打电话告诉她我要带小狗来的时候,她没告诉我这条规定?!
我觉得这家店虽然环境优美,节日气氛浓厚,但需要好好提醒一下员工们的服务意识。这次体验很糟糕(而且因为我是带朋友来的,所以感觉很尴尬),我以后不会再来了。这跟他们最近在社交媒体上宣传的完全不一样。
