点评：Took my 8 yr old daughter to her first Red Wings game on 2-27-2025. I have difficulty finding my tickets on my phone. A kind lady assist me and then with no luck took me to the box office. My tickets were found and we finally got in. However half way through the 1st period a group of ladies sitting behind us were just getting a little tipsy and using foul language and although apologizing, one continued to “get loud nd excited” and it was just too much so the first intermission I told my child I had to use the restroom. We walked around for a bit and the kind lady I met at the gate who help me the first time with my tickets asked my daughter how she was enjoying the game. She told her she was having great time and I explained that we were just going to walk around as to I was not going to take her back up to our seats bc of the foul mouth ladies having a great time. She asked if I would like someone to speak to them and I said no it is ok. They were just having a good time. She then proceeded to give my daughter and Red Wings beanie and I also was gifted with a Steve Yzerman bobble head. She was a very nice lady and a few minutes when by and she came back up to us and said she had found different seats for us to sit in. I fist said no it’s ok, which did not go well with my 8 yr old. She said please mom please so I said ok well we can go check out the new seats. We were brought down to the 23rd row and we had a blast. My daughter danced and yelling the rest of the game and we had a awesome time. I thought about the kind lady the whole way home and spoke about her the next day at work and I am telling you she is the kind of employee a company needs. She could have simply just let us keep on walking around. But she didn’t she cared so much and she went above and beyond anything I could imagine ever happening to us and she really wanted my daughters first game to be a great experience and I sure was. Ty to her I asked her name but I had forgotten it. I believe it was Marjorie or something like that. I can say the Wings might have lost that game to the Blues but me, my daughter and the entire LCA were the real winners that night. So a big Thank you to this fabulous woman
