Exellent service during my 10 days visit to Vietnam

点评：I travelled to Vietnam with my family during July 2025 and want to give a shout out to Lily from Vietmountain travels for her excellent support and service.
I shared my plan details like number of days, places of visit, food preference etc and she planned an itinerary considering these points and also executed it very proffesionally before & during my stay in Vietnam. While planning this trip, i was also considering using Klook app but since it was a family trip, I thought its better to have everything on hand to avoid any last minute surprises. This was a good decision as Lily helped me through out the trip even during her off business hours which gives a lot of confidence thus allowing us to enjoy the vacation without any issues. During the trip, I was promptly shared with next day details everyday which helped us be prepared. I have already started sharing this experience to my contacts and also shared Lily contact details to those shown interest in Vietnam trip.
Well done Lily and thanks a lot for making this trip more memorable. Love to visit Vietnam again and I know whom to reach out now.
