点评：Visiting Pasolini dall'Onda Borghese was an absolute highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived in Barberino Val d'Elsa, we were blown away by the beauty, history, and incredible warmth of the estate.
The wine here is extraordinary. Every single pour was outstanding, from their classic Chianti Classico and Riserva to their powerful Super Tuscan blends. You can immediately taste the centuries of tradition and passion that go into every bottle. Make sure to try their olive oil as well—it is unbelievable!
What made the experience truly unforgettable, though, was the staff. They are some of the most welcoming, friendly, and passionate people we met in Italy. They didn't just host a tasting; they shared the history of the winery and town with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel completely at home.
If you are anywhere near Chianti or traveling through the region, do not miss this absolute gem. Unmatched wines, stunning historical cellars, and world-class hospitality. We will definitely be back!
