点评：We booked the Extreme Canyoning & Kayaking experience with Adrenalyn Addicts for our mate's 40th birthday, and it was honestly one of the best activities we've ever done!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our instructor, Mike, who immediately made everyone feel welcome. He gave us a thorough health and safety briefing before we got started, so we felt confident throughout the day.
Our group of 8 had an absolute blast. Mike was brilliant—not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he also joined in with all the jokes and the friendly abuse we were giving each other. It felt like he was part of the group, which made the whole experience even more memorable.
The canyoning was incredible, lasting around 3 hours, with loads of rocky natural slides, adrenaline-filled 22ft to 40ft rock jumps, and even a zipline. It was challenging, exciting, and so much fun.
Afterwards, we spent another 2–3 hours kayaking, which was the perfect way to round off an amazing day.
One thing we really appreciated was that Mike took loads of photos and videos throughout the experience, meaning we could enjoy ourselves without worrying about taking our phones or missing the action.
As an added bonus, he also gave us some fantastic advice for our Snowdon climb the following day, which was really helpful.
Overall, this was amazing value for money, packed with adventure, laughs, and memories we'll never forget. A massive thank you to Mike and the team at Adrenalyn Addicts—we'd recommend this to anyone looking for an unforgettable day out. We can't wait to come back!
