点评：What a great family trip we had with Executive Travel and our driver/guide CHRIS.
From the first time we met him CHRIS really connected with our family of twelve and he soon learned that our trip was a very special excursion to remember our NaNa who passed away Dec 2023. From the very beginning Chris made it clear that this was “our vacation” and that he would do everything possible to accommodate our every visitation request.
AND HE DID !
By listening carefully to 12 differing opinions and tastes and very adroitly bringing us to a consensus and a daily plan built around the excellent FIVE STAR HOTEL accommodations pre-arranged. by Royal Irish Tours and granddaughter JANE our “ arranger”.
In addition to a great driver/guide Executive Travel provided a first class vehicle well suited to accomodate our diverse group in comfort and with large “full-view” windows offering great views of scenery which was well described by Chris constantly pointing out the points of interest!
In my opinion , after 25 years in the Retail Travel business and countless guided tours in many corners of the world, CHRIS went way above the duties and customer service of a Tour Guide and totally immersed himself in the success of our fully customized tour and our time together.
There were many tears at departure time but relationships were always kept on a very professional level throughout.
